A word of caution

First, a word of caution right up front.  This is not a “how to guide” for raising faithful children, nor is it written by an expert in child psychology, child development, or Theology.  I am a far cry from any of those titles.  I am, however, a parent walking down this same path you are on, and headed toward the same goal that you are:  raising faithful Catholic children while guiding my family toward a deeper appreciation for Church teachings.  I long to see a world filled with educated and passionate Catholic families, living out their vocations on a daily basis.  I strongly believe that starts with a re-introduction of family prayer and family education within each and every home.  Without a strong basic understanding of our Catholic faith, how can we hope to prevail in a modern and secular society?
